WhatZoo - AI Animal Face Test

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of AnyFace Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users in using the animal face analysis service "WhatZoo" and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to the animal face, physiognomy analysis, and related content services provided by the Company to users.
  2. "User" refers to a person who accesses the Service and uses the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms. (This Service is available without a separate membership registration process.)

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  1. The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the service screen so that users can easily understand them.
  2. The Company may revise these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws, and when revising, the application date and reasons for revision shall be specified and announced on the initial screen of the Service along with the current Terms.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

  1. The Company performs the following tasks:
    1. Provision of AI-based face analysis and animal face matching information
    2. Provision of animal face-related content (compatibility, group analysis, etc.)
    3. Other tasks determined by the Company
  2. The Company may change the contents of the Service due to changes in technical specifications or service reorganization.

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in the event of maintenance, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities, or interruption of communication.

Article 6 (Copyright Attribution and Restrictions on Use)

  1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company (analysis result text, character design, UI/UX, etc.) belong to the Company.
  2. Copyright for images uploaded by users belongs to the users themselves. The Company uses the images only temporarily for analysis purposes and does not store or claim ownership of them.
  3. Users shall not use the information obtained by using the Service for commercial purposes or distribute it to third parties without the Company's prior consent.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The animal face analysis results provided by the Company are based on AI technology and do not guarantee scientific accuracy; they are provided for fun and entertainment purposes. The Company bears no responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of the analysis results.
  2. The Company is not liable for the use of services provided free of charge unless there are special provisions in relevant laws.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

  1. Disputes arising between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
