A. Image Data (When using the service)
- Photos uploaded by users are used temporarily for animal face analysis.
- These images are not stored on the server, and are immediately destroyed after analysis or processed only within the user's browser.
B. Automatically Collected Information
- The following information may be automatically generated and collected during service usage.
- Items: IP Address, Cookies, Visit time, Service usage records, Device information
- Collection Method: Collection through generation information collection tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company uses the collected information for the following purposes.
- Service Provision: Providing core functions such as animal face, compatibility, and group analysis
- Service Improvement: Improving service quality and fixing errors through access frequency identification and service usage statistics analysis
3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information
In principle, the Company does not collect or store personal information, so there is no separate retention period.
- Uploaded Images: Immediately deleted from system memory upon analysis (no separate storage)
- Service Usage Records: May be used as de-identified data for statistical analysis purposes, and cannot identify specific individuals.
4. Procedures and Methods of Destruction of Personal Information
- Image Destruction: Automatically deleted from volatile memory immediately upon service provision. Not stored in separate databases or file servers.
- Other Information: Destroyed after storage for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws after the purpose of use is achieved.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to external parties.
6. Rights of Users and Method of Exercise
Since this service does not accept membership registration and does not collect identifiable personal information of users, there are no separate procedures for membership withdrawal, information modification, or request for access.
