WhatZoo Editorial, Review, and Corrections Policy
WhatZoo combines software that measures facial geometry with editorial content that interprets results for fun. This policy separates verifiable technical facts, entertainment interpretations, and privacy explanations.
Effective and last reviewed: July 13, 2026
1. Editorial responsibility
WhatZoo’s editorial team maintains guides, encyclopedia entries, and methodology pages. We do not copy anonymous material or simply rewrite another site’s animal-face descriptions.
- Prefer production code, product testing, and first-hand operation as primary evidence
- Check authoritative original sources for external factual claims
- Maintain publication and material-update dates
2. Technical review
Verifiable claims—landmark IDs, formulas, thresholds, and browser processing—are checked against the production implementation. Related guides are updated when the algorithm materially changes.
- Display the reviewer role and review date
- Do not claim unverified accuracy percentages or clinical performance
- Clearly label fictional worked examples
3. Automation and AI assistance
Automation may assist translation drafts, copyediting, or organization, but generated output is not published without review. Result explanations use coded rules and human-reviewed localization data.
- Do not create mass pages solely to gain search visibility
- Check meaning, numbers, and links in every supported language
- WhatZoo remains accountable even when AI assists drafting
4. Entertainment versus science
Landmarks and ratios are real computer-vision measurements. There is no scientific basis for diagnosing personality, romantic behavior, job ability, or destiny from facial shape; those descriptions are entertainment.
- Never use results for employment, education, medical, insurance, or other consequential decisions
- Not a biometric identity or authentication tool
- Never equate appearance or tier with human worth
5. Privacy claims
Privacy wording must reflect the implementation. Analysis photos and landmarks are not sent to or stored by WhatZoo servers for classification. Ordinary site analytics and messages users submit are separate from the face-analysis path.
6. Multilingual quality
Korean, English, Japanese, Spanish, and Chinese pages must carry the same core technical facts and responsibility notices. Translation errors are corrected against the source meaning and numeric criteria.
Reporting and correcting errors
- 1Send the affected URL, language, passage, and supporting reason through Contact.
- 2The editorial team distinguishes content issues from product bugs and checks technical claims against code.
- 3Factual, numeric, and privacy errors receive priority; material corrections update the review date.
- 4Subjective entertainment interpretations may not be removed immediately, but discriminatory or misleading language is re-evaluated.
Tell us if you find an error, translation problem, or claim without clear support.
